Delivery Information
We aim for your Alien Languages products to arrive in perfect condition every time. To ensure this, we pack and post each item to the highest standard. See below for details of postage costs for different parts of the world.
How long do deliveries take?
Please allow up to 5-10 business days for receipt of delivery for all items in stock.
For items not in stock please allow up to 28 days for receipt of delivery.
We will advise you accordingly.
How much do deliveries cost?
UK - Deliveries within the UK are charged at £2.95 per order.
European Union - Deliveries within the EU (outside the UK) are charged at £4.95 per order.
Outside the European Union - Please contact Alien Languages to discuss your requirements.
Returns Policy
Please notify us in writing if you wish to make a return. email - sales@alien-languages.com within 8 days of receiving your purchase, stating your reason for return, and if you would like a refund or replacement. Please ensure reasonable care is taken of the goods and return them to: Alien Language Ltd P.O. Box 57643 London NW7 OEB. Return postage will be refunded in full only if wrong items received or goods damaged in transit. In all other circumstances the consumer is responsible for postage costs. We will not refund outside of the above criteria.
Please note, we are not obliged to offer a refund if goods are not deemed to be fit for resale.
